What the Game is all about

During any discussion about video games, there is one game series that never goes unmentioned that is, the Call of Duty series. The Call of Duty series goes all the way back to 2003 when Activision released the first game in the game franchise. Ever since then, various other Call of Duty games have been developed.

All of the games that are found in the Call of Duty game franchise are first person shooter games. The first game in the franchise took place in a World War II environment. Other subsequent games in the franchise however were set in different environments including the Cold War era, futuristic worlds as well as the outer space. Call of Duty as an eSport

When the eSports industry was just beginning, Call of Duty was one of the very first games to pioneer as eSports games. Ever since, Call of Duty has grown in stature as an eSports game and now ranks as one of the most lucrative in the industry. Players looking to partake in eSport gaming playing Call of Duty can do so in one of two ways that is, either through ladders or through professional tournaments. Ladders are simply mini competitions played by teams of a high of 6 players at most. Tournaments are much bigger in size in terms of participating players as well as the prize money awards. In 2021, the ladders and tournaments that Call of Duty lovers can partake in include the following:
